TABLE MANNER Pelatihan tentang etiket dalam jamuan makan formal
Selasa (16/05/2017) Main objective of this activity is give table manner tutorial for formal dining environment. The participant is Wanita Katolik Republik Indonesia, total of 16 people. Activity conducted in Hotel Management restaurant practicum at Anggrek Campus Bina Nusantara University on Tuesday, April 12th, 2016. Hotel management student involved in this activity, consist of two groups; food production and restaurant service. During this activity, all participants came to the restaurant, seated properly four persons in one table, served beverage and food, start from appetizer, soup, main course and dessert. For each course served, there is lecturer conduct the different topic. There is total of 8 lecturer, one of them is Agung Gita Subakti,SST, MM whom conduct topic about table manner. The output of this activity is that participants are able to apply table manner rules and regulation during formal dining environment.
